Utility Billing
Water and Gas AccountsThe Utility Billing Department is responsible for the City of Del Rio water, sewer, and gas service payments. Utility Billing also provides customer assistance regarding new and existing utility accounts, performs meter readings and meter service functions. Services provided: 1) Utility Bill can be paid online, a convenience fee of $1.25 is charged by a third party service 2) New customer water/gas application

Solid Waste Services Residential and Commercial The Utility Billing Department is the contact for solid waste accounts serviced by Red River Waste Solutions for both residential and commercial accounts. Residential Solid Waste Services are provided to citizens who have a current City of Del Rio Water Account, charges will show on the monthly water bill. Commercial Solid Waste Services require a one month deposit prior to the service start date. Please fill out the Commercial Waste Service form to submit at the Utility Billing Department, along with your required one month deposit. Commercial accounts who have paid on time for 24 consecutive months will have their deposit refunded back to them.
